Some fields such as occupation and education are optional and provided voluntarily by users.

Users log in using phone number verification via OTP-based authentication. Profile information is entered by users or their family head during registration.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide access to the community directory
- Display user and family profiles
- Enable search and discovery of members
- Maintain and improve app functionality
4. Data Visibility and Sharing
- User data is only visible to approved, registered users within the Bhavsar community
- New registrations require manual admin approval before access is granted
- We take reasonable steps to ensure only verified community members can access the directory
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties
- We do not use data for advertising
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely on our backend systems hosted on private infrastructure. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
6. Analytics and Tracking
We do not use analytics or tracking tools. No third-party analytics SDKs are integrated into the app.
7. User Rights
- Users can view and update their profile data within the app
- Users can request account deletion at any time
- To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account within the app, or contact us at the email below
- Account deletion permanently removes your family profile, member information, and login access
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
